Sicilian Gourmet Days at the Café de Paris


Come discover our Sicilian Gourmet Days at the Café de Paris from 2 June to 5 June

Chef Patrizia Di Benedetto will be doing us the honour of cooking Mediterranean food in the Café de Paris kitchen. 


Born in Palermo, Sicily, Patricia was deeply inspired by her mother’s cooking. She is currently chef at the restaurant Bye Bye Blues, which she opened in 1991 with her husband, the sommelier Antonio Di Benedetto. Her cooking style is fresh and full of Mediterranean flavours and aromas. 


As Patricia won the Best Pastry Chef Award in 1997, we highly recommend ordering one of her delicious desserts!


In 2010, she received a Michelin star, becoming the first woman chef from Sicily to receive a star!
