Paolo Sari, new “Chef des Cuisines” at the Monte-Carlo Beach


Since April 2nd, 2012, Paolo Sari, a young, talented and spirited Italian chef, has taken over the helm in the kitchens of the Monte-Carlo Beach.

In perfect harmony with the surroundings, the cuisine will always be delicate and light much to the delight of the clients of the Monte-Carlo Beach restaurants: Elsa, the Deck, the Vigie, the Sea Lounge and in the 300 cabanas and solariums at the Club.


A typically Latin cuisine

Trained in Italy, at Cambridge University and in Los Angeles, Paolo Sari has held several high-level positionsweb-Paolo-Sari
in the culinary domain of prestigious hotel groups. In Italy as in Korea, Switzerland or the United States, he has worked as Executive Chef in some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, affiliated to Leading Hotels of the World and Relais & Châteaux.

 Reconciling tradition and innovation, combining simplicity and lightness, highlighting an ingredient whilst respecting its very nature… these are Paolo Sari’s cooking rules. A multi-cultural signature, all about flavours and colours, revealing its typically Latin passion.
