Morelli’s Gelato



For the second year running, the famous ice-cream maker  “Morelli’s Gelato” is moving into the “kiosque à glace” and onto the Bar-Terrasse at the Café de Paris.

Morelli’s ice-cream are produced directly in a laboratory specifically set up for the purpose. Four people including 2 pastry-makers and 2 “limonadiers” have been trained in Birmingham in one of the Morelli’s shops to handle manufacturing techniques, production and presentation.

Morelli’s Gelato will offer a wide selection of flavors, also available to take away. In addition, you can enjoy a selection of the most appetizing specialities on the terrasse, carefully prepared by our bartenders.

Monte Carlo Magic
Mango sorbet, chocolat, pistachio and vanilla ice-cream, served with exotic fruit, pistachio chips from Sicily and Chantilly cream.

Morelli’s ‘Bacio’
Chocolate, nut and vanilla ice-cream served with chocolate truffles, Piedmontese hazelnuts, chocolate and hazelnut sauce, presented in a chocolate cup, with wafer and Chantilly cream.
