Monte-Carlo Violon Masters 2013

The Monte-Carlo Violin Masters is a musical competition organised by WORLD MUSIC MASTERS. The idea is to bring face to face the twelve finalists of the most important international violin competitions.

The finalists hail from the four corners of the world: United States, South Korea, Poland, Belgium, etc.

The competition’s €30,000 prize is called the ‘Prince Rainier III Prize‘ since the year 2000 when the now defunct Prince Rainier decided to take the competition under his wing.

The competition will take place in three parts at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo. The winner will receive the Prince Rainier III Prize as well as the promise of concerts in France and abroad, a boost to a promising career.
