Gastronomy Festival at the Monte-Carlo beach

 
 

Michelin-starred Chef Paolo Sari will be hosting the upcoming Gastronomy Festival on 23 and 24 September 2017. 

 

For this seventh instalment organised in partnership with Relais & Châteaux, this national festival will bring the French people together to celebrate the values of exchange, sharing, and friendship.

The Michelin-starred restaurant Elsa at the Monte-Carlo Beach will be offering two autumn-inspired menus specifically for the occasion. By using locally farmed organic products, Chef Paolo Sari is promoting a ‘back-to-basics’ approach to delicious seasonal cuisine.
